Frequently Asked Questions

  • Sorry to hear that… You can request a refund by sending an email to support@gspublishing.co - Please attach your order number in the email so we know what order you’re referring to.

  • Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking number for your order. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive different emails depending on when the items ship.

    If you never received your tracking number, send an email to support@gspublishing.co with your order number attached.

  • We discontinue products for several different reasons. The most common reason is to make room in our inventory for new items. Another reason could be a manufacturer discontinuation of a product, causing us to no longer be able to receive the item.

  • Limited edition items are items that are listed in the shop for a limited time only or based on a limited quantity. Most of the time, these items are seasonal drops or collector items. Once they are gone, they are gone forever.

  • We’re working on a customer support module to be able to contact us directly through the website, but until then you can send an email to support@gspublishing.co for any support questions.

  • Garettsharp.com only makes about $1 per sale on items listed in the shop, depending on the item, of course.

    Higher pricing can be because of increased production or shipping costs, manufacturer costs, or inflation.

  • When an item is listed for pre-order, it is available to purchase like a regular item. However, the item will ship on or before the release date.

    If you pre-order a book, they will always be signed by the author and your order will be prioritized on release day. All orders placed on or after release day will ship within 7 business days of the order.

  • No worries! You can always ask a question via email. Send an email to support@gspublishing.co and ask us there. We usually respond in 2-5 business days.
